When will my order ship?
All orders placed Monday - Friday before 12pm EDT ship within 24 hours. All orders placed after the cut off time will ship the following business day. For consumer protection, all orders are subject to review. On occasion, this may cause a slight delay in processing your order. Your patience is greatly appreciated.
- Orders placed during weekends, special promotions (Black Friday/Cyber Monday) and holidays may take additional processing time due to increased order volume. Please allow 2-3 extra days for order processing.
- Deliveries take 7-21 business days and in rare cases 30+ business days.
US orders usually take between 10-15 business days to be delivered from the date they are shipped.
Worldwide orders take 7-21 business days and in rare cases can take 30+ business days. Please note in some countries, customs may cause an additional delay in delivery.
We recommend that you keep an eye on your tracking.
When will I receive tracking information?
- Within a week of your order being fulfilled (shipped), you will receive notification of your tracking number.
- If you do not receive your tracking number within 7 business days, please contact us!
- Orders cannot be modified/canceled once the order has been processed
- Orders process within 24-48 business hours
- if you accidentally ordered the wrong item please email firstname.lastname@example.org immediately and we'll do our best to correct this.
- A 5% fee will be charged when orders are canceled

Tracking an order
To check your order status:
- Log in to your CNC Active account.
- Under your Account Dashboard, you will find all of your recent orders.
- Click the "View Order" link to the right of the order you wish to track.
- You can view order details and track your order by clicking the "Track Your Order" link.
- CNC Active is not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed in transit
